What does UA mean and how is the shoe quality?

Our sneakers are identified as “UA,” which stands for unauthorized authentic. Unauthorized authentic refers to sneakers that were produced in the same factory and using the same materials as the original product but not authorized by the sneaker companies.

The sneakers we produce are made from high quality and we also use genuine leather. Many people cannot differ UA shoes from the official products.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping is free and it takes 9-12 working days for the product to be shipped to your doorstep and 2-4 days for you to receive the Track and Trace code through your mail address. Please make sure to indicate a valid phone number in the shipping address so that if you are not at home at the time of delivery, you can make a new appointment with the courier. We are not responsible for any wrong address input.

In order to reduce the risks of customs delays, all of our products are shipped using safe routes. As a result, you will not have to pay for customs duties or additional fees.

Can I cancel my order?

Cancellation requests must be made before the item has been shipped. We Process your order within 24 hours and usually ship the item within 24-48 hours. The order cannot be cancelled once the item has been shipped. When canceling your order, there will be an additional fee of 5 euros applied as the administration costs.

What is the refund policy?

You can return a defective product or order:
1) If the product is defective
2) The received product is completely different from what the customer has ordered
In this case, the customer has the right to receive a new product depending of the product availability. In case the product is not available, the customer will be refunded for the total amount.

Refunds will not be accepted after 3 days you have received the shoes.

Please choose your shoe size accordingly and if you are not sure about the shoe size, we can advise you to go half size up for a roomier fit.

Is it safe to shop on your website?

Our goal is that you feel comfortable using our website for shopping. We take the security of any product you buy from us very seriously. We also use industry standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to protect your information.

Can I see the picture of the shoes I have ordered?

We will take pictures as we prepare the shoes before sending it to you. Please get in touch wit us if you need to see your shoes before receiving them.

What are the payment methods?

After choosing iDeal, please proceed to checkout and you will receive a link from us to redirect you to iDeal page to complete your purchase.

You can pay by PayPal or bank transfer in EUR, USD or any other currency you would like.

Bank Transfer
When choosing bank transfer as payment method, you will receive details of the bank account under the name Yurikicks after ordering your sneaker on our website. Please make sure that we end up receiving the full amount of what is shown on the website. Payment must be done in 24 hours or your order will be cancelled.
